I'm flying solo at the moment. My husband is deployed overseas and we are just over half way through his 4 month tour. That means that either I have do do everything in the house...and go crazy... or I enlist my kids. I choose the latter. To be honest, my kids have ALWAYS had to contribute to the household chores but now more than ever I am so grateful that we have systems in place. My son teases me for always making EVERYTHING about God but that's because I think it is! Even the housework! There are sooo many spiritual connections I can make about housework! So I just love how the author of this linked article highlights how a great morning routine has fantastic spiritual advantages too.
