Kids kids everywhere! School holidays are fabulous but can also be exhausting! Especially when the kids start getting edgy with each other! It also heightens to us parents the things we need to work on! I absolutely love this article about teaching kids to be kind to each other. I agree with each point 100% and think this article is spot on. Completely accurate! But... I would add one more point. I would discuss with my kids (not just preach at them) that kindness is a fruit of the spirit (cue the KB song here!) therefore should be our priority if we love Jesus. And... to ask Jesus for help to be kind! Remember - our parenting and teachable moments should ALWAYS bring our children back to the heart of Jesus.
